What is your process?

Design: Every project is as unique as its clientele. You may need custom cut designs built to architectural plans, or a simple stock panel cut to size. You may even want a site visit. We tailor the design process to your individual needs.

Approvals: We Will sena you visuals or your panels for final approvals before a single cut Is made.

Deposit: Once approval is final, and your payment is received, production begins.

Production: Most orders will ship within 3-4 weeks. Stocked items may ship sooner. Changes to design or specifications after approval will cause production delays.

Shipment: Shipment is available within the continental United States, and is generally via LTL freight. Costs and transit times will vary based on location and contents of the order. Estimates will be provided once final designs are approved, and will be confirmed again near the end of the production process.

What size are the panels.

Full panels are 48x96 nominal size. Borders and ornaments are available in 3”, 5.5” or 8” by 96”, except where otherwise noted.

What is your average lead time.

Standard production time is 3-4 weeks from final design approval, and deposit for unfinished panels. Rush pricing may be available, depending on resource availability.

Can I use this product for exterior spaces

No. This product for interior spaces only. This product should no be stored, or installed out of doors, even when properly painted and sealed.

Do you offer multiple layer treillage?

Not at this time. All currently available products are single layer (bore) only.

Are any special tools or finishes required to install.

No. there are no special tools or finishes required.

However, we strongly recommend employing a professional installer. Treillage is challenging to install even for trained and experienced trim carpenters, and improper installation may void your warranty. For additional installation, see Installation Instructions an Best Practices in our catalog
